Public Insurance Adjuster in Florida and Texas

Your First Call When Disaster Strikes

Claim Wizard

Fully licensed, bonded, and insured public insurance adjuster in Florida and Texas

Your public insurance adjuster, Executive Claim Solutions, represents YOU,

not the insurance company.

Executive Claim Solutions has your back. When we manage your claim we act as an intermediary with your insurance company. You are spared the time-consuming detail and frustrating communications.

More importantly, as your public insurance adjuster, we meticulously assesses your claim to ensure that no damage is overlooked. Based on our findings, your insurance settlement could potentially be larger than the typical offer.

A public adjuster could be the right choice if:

  1. Your claim is substantial, or the damage is severe.
  2. Dealing with insurance companies is a source of stress.
  3. You’ve had unsatisfactory experiences with claims in the past.
  4. Your schedule doesn’t allow for consistent communication with your insurance company.
  5. You believe the proposed claim settlement is too low.

Our Process

Schedule a Free Consultation

Simply reach out to us via phone or email! We’ll schedule an appointment as soon as possible to assess the extent of your damages and review your policy. You can also initiate the process by completing our Free Property Inspection form.

Gather Further Information

Next we evaluate the property even more thoroughly. This involves capturing photographs, taking measurements, and gathering essential data about the damages. We can do this either on the same day as your free inspection or later at your convenience.

Assessment and Contract

Once it’s established that there’s substantial damage warranting action, we move forward by signing a contract. This agreement signifies your authorization for us to advocate on your behalf and engage with your insurance company – no convoluted terms, just a straightforward pact.

Submit the Claim

We promptly inform your insurance company and submit the requisite forms along with our damage assessment. Generally, this prompts the dispatch of their in-house adjuster to create their own estimate. A meeting is scheduled at your property, and your presence is optional.

Claim Negotiation

Once the insurance company’s internal adjuster’s evaluation reaches them, they dictate the proposed payout for your claim. This initiates negotiations, a responsibility that we take care of for you. The duration varies, spanning from a few days to several months depending on the insurer. We maintain consistent communication to ensure a prompt resolution.

Agree on Settlement

Ultimately, an equitable settlement is reached. Within days, the insurance company typically issues a mailed check to cover your damages and associated costs. In the event a settlement is not reached, insurance and the claim enters a phase known as appraisal or, in extreme cases, litigation (though it’s pertinent to note that over 95% of such legal matters rule in favor of property owners). Why is it So Important to Call Your Public Insurance Adjuster First?

Calling Executive Claim Solutions before your insurance company can insure that you start on the right foot. It is not uncommon for an insurance company to take your casual conversation on the first call as proof to minimize your damage.

We’ll do a thorough check of your property, review your insurance policy, and talk with you about what to do next. This won’t cost you anything, and you don’t have to keep using our services if you don’t want to. We’ll need to take good pictures of the damage and gather information like measurements before we tell your insurance company about it. There are a few reasons for this.

First, we need to know exactly where the problem is, what caused it, when it happened, how it happened, and if more damage can be prevented. Having this information will help us explain our side if the insurance company has different ideas.

Pictures are really important too! Your insurance company will send someone to look at the damage and they’ll take pictures. But we can’t control what angles they use or what parts of the damage they show. It’s important for us to have clear pictures of all the damage so we can argue against any disagreements.

The insurance company will want you to hurry up and file a claim, but that can lead to forgetting things or only telling them some details. We’ll take care of all the paperwork and get in touch with your insurance company. This will help avoid mistakes in writing or speaking and make the rest of the negotiation process go smoother. If you’ve already filed your claim, that’s okay, we can still help. Even if they’ve already paid you and closed your claim, we can often reopen it and talk about getting more money for you.
